Bay House and Cove House are stunning new houses with far-reaching views over the sea and coast surrounding Salcombe and we are delighted to say that sale of both houses has now completed and the buyers have taken full ownership. Stairs in the landscaped grounds lead down to the houses' entrances at ground floor level, which open into a wide, oak-floored hallway flooded with light from a double height skylight.
